The Gospel in Short

Creation

In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. He formed mankind in His own image, placing them in the lush beauty of the Garden of Eden. (Genesis 1:1-2:25)

“So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.” – Genesis 1:27

The Fall

In the story of the Fall (Genesis 3:1-24), we see humanity’s tragic choice to disobey God’s command, influenced by the cunning temptation of Satan. Despite God’s provision and love, humanity yielded to the deceitful whispers of the enemy, leading to disobedience and the introduction of sin into the world. This rebellion against God’s will shattered the harmony of creation, bringing forth brokenness, suffering, and a profound separation from the divine presence of God.

“Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, and in this way death came to all people because all sinned.” – Romans 5:12

The Flood

Witnessing the increasing wickedness of humanity, God sent a great flood to cleanse the earth. He spared righteous Noah and his family, instructing them to build an ark to preserve life. Through this event, God demonstrated both His judgment upon sin and His mercy toward those who faithfully obey Him. (Genesis 6:5-9:17)

“For in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark.” – Matthew 24:38

Redemption Promised

Despite humanity’s continual rebellion, God promised redemption. Throughout the Old Testament, He raised up prophets and leaders to guide His people and foretold of a Savior who would reconcile humanity to Himself.

“The Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel.” – Isaiah 7:14

Jesus Christ , the Savior

In the fullness of time, God sent His Son, Jesus Christ, into the world. Jesus lived a perfect and sinless life, demonstrating God’s love and grace to humanity. He taught about the kingdom of God, performed miracles, and ultimately offered Himself as a sacrifice for the sins of the world.

“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” – John 3:16

The Crucifixion and Resurrection

Jesus, the ultimate sacrifice, was crucified, bearing the weight of humanity’s sins upon Himself. On the third day, He rose triumphantly from the grave, conquering sin and death. Through His resurrection, Jesus offers eternal life and reconciliation with God to all who believe in Him.

“He himself bore our sins in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; by his wounds you have been healed.” – 1 Peter 2:24

Salvation through Christ Alone

Salvation is a gift from God, offered freely to all who repent of their sins and place their faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Through faith in Christ, believers are forgiven, adopted into God’s family, and empowered by the Holy Spirit to live transformed lives.

“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast.” – Ephesians 2:8-9

Eternal Hope

As followers of Christ, we look forward to the glorious return of Jesus Christ, when He will establish His kingdom in fullness, renewing all creation, and making all things new. In that day, we will dwell in the presence of God forever, experiencing perfect peace, joy, and communion with Him.

“Then I saw ‘a new heaven and a new earth,’ for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea. I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband.” – Revelation 21:1-2

Our Faith Integrated Approach

Divine Purpose

We firmly believe that God uniquely creates each person with specific talents, gifts, abilities, and a purpose. Our coaching process is centered on helping individuals discern and pursue God’s calling for their vocational life.

“For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” – Ephesians 2:10

Biblical Guidance

We believe that the Bible is God’s divine word and truth that serves as our ultimate guidebook for life and our career. We draw inspiration from its teachings and seek to align our coaching strategies with biblical principles of integrity, stewardship, and service.

“Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.” – Psalm 119:105

Stewardship of Gifts

We recognize that every talent and opportunity is a gift from God. Therefore, we advocate for the responsible stewardship of these gifts in the pursuit of meaningful and fulfilling careers.

“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.” – 1 Peter 4:10

Work as Worship

We view work as an act of worship. Whether in the boardroom, the classroom, or the home office, we encourage our clients to approach their professional endeavors with diligence, excellence, and a heart dedicated to serving the Lord.

“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.” – Colossians 3:23-24

Prayerful Support

Prayer is foundational to our coaching process. We believe in the power of prayer to provide guidance, strength, and clarity as individuals navigate their career paths. Our coaches commit to lifting our clients up in prayer, seeking God’s wisdom and discernment alongside them.

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” – Philippians 4:6-7

Integration of Faith and Work

We advocate for the integration of faith into every aspect of our clients’ professional lives. Our coaching seeks to empower individuals to live out their faith authentically in the workplace, fostering environments of respect, compassion, and ethical leadership.

“So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.” – 1 Corinthians 10:31

Continuous Growth

Just as faith is a journey, so too is career development. We believe in the importance of continuous growth and learning, both professionally and spiritually. Our coaching services are designed to equip individuals with the tools, resources, and support needed to thrive in their vocations and deepen their relationship with God.

“But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever! Amen.” – 2 Peter 3:18
